Pizza Twist

Pizza Twist has been a long-time favorite for my kids, which is why I wanted to share some constructive feedback. During our visit today, the order was taken incorrectly over the phone by a lady, the service felt unwelcoming, and the pizza didn't taste like it usually does. My kids were quite disappointed and aren't eager to return. Better training for the staff handling phone orders would make a huge difference in preserving the great reputation you've built.

This was our first experience with Pizza Twist and the service at this location was amazing! We arrived just before closing with a large group and they were still able to accommodate us while serving other customers and fulfilling to-go orders. Despite how busy they were the food came out fast, fresh, and full of flavor. They have a large menu so everyone in the family can find something they enjoy. From traditional pizzas to unique combinations with an Indian twist you are sure to find one you'll love. They also have plenty of gluten free and plant based options for thoes with dietary restrictions. If you are in the area and are looking for something fresh, filling, and delicious I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Tasty fusion style pizza from a smaller chain. I had a pesto based pizza with paneer and really enjoyed the flavor combination of pesto with the ginger and Indian spices. I'll definitely be back to explore other fusion pizza flavors. I asked for it spicy, and it came with a pleasant heat - if you enjoy the heat level of sliced jalapenos you will probably enjoy 'hot' pizzas at this place. The crust was more bread like and a little thicker than I might have preferred, but was well cooked, and had a little bit of browning on the bottom. The slices held shape easily - definitely not NY style floppy dough. When I'm back I'll have to see if they can leave it in a couple of min longer to get a crisper base as that's my preference.

I recently tried Pizza Twist and had a great experience from start to finish. I ordered the Achari Chicken Pizza Twist, and it was absolutely delicious with a perfect blend of tangy, spicy flavors that really stood out. The crust was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside—and the toppings were fresh and generously portioned. The menu offers a unique variety of fusion-style pizzas you don’t usually find at a typical pizza place, which made the whole experience even more exciting. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the service was quick, with everything served hot and fresh. Overall, Pizza Twist is a great spot if you’re looking to try something different, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more.

The Achari Chicken was decent and had a bit more flavor, but the Tandoori Chicken was quite bland and lacked the punch you’d expect from that style. I also ordered regular fries, which unfortunately were a BIG MISS, totally overcooked. Definitely wouldn’t recommend those. On the positive side, the place was clean and well-maintained, and the wait time was around 25 minutes, which is reasonable. I might give them another try in a few weeks to see if things improve, but for now, it’s an average experience overall.
